The average list price is $246,810 and the highest listing price is $599,900. The largest selection of homes occurs in the $150,000 to $250,000 price range. The lowest price is $80,000 which would be considered a 'value price' at any time of the year. I always like to call these my 'Internet deal alerts'.

Your days on market, and price points is telling us something. I have not seen days on market like that since the early 90's here in Atlanta.
Yep, Jim, the recovery is slower in my marketplace. It is a boon to first time homebuyers though in my area.
