great looking listings...good luck selling.
Lyn - This is a beautiful townhome in Schaumburg, it looks huge and I love the stainless steel appliances. Happy Selling!
Very nice online presentation of your new listing. Best of luck with a quick sale.
That does look like a great property. What is the market like up in Chicago? Down here in the Orlando area 2/3 of our transactions are short sales and bank owned properties. The higher valued properties are not moving much. However, we have seen some foreign money start to come into the market with purchases in the tourist areas.
I agree with Bill - great presentation - nice listing!
Bill: Well I'm not sure. Activity is up (showings) but it's not coming thru with Pending Sales. In fact, my 3 month market survey is sliding downward with less & less sales. Values? Downward due to shorts & foreclosures. Not as many Shorts as you have in FL or like Renee in NV. I have a friend who recently went back to Naples now that things are starting to move a little bit. My crystal ball is very hazy and even might be broken!
