Schaumburg IL Homes and Market Times, October 2007

There is a large amount of inventory thruout the Chicago NW suburbs which include the Schaumburg Area.  Sellers are competing to make their home standout and enhance their marketability.  Prices have held between 3 to 4% from the listing price over the last few months.

There currently is 235 single family homes for sale with an average market time of 164 days.  The median list price is $369,000 and the highest listing price is $1,250,000.
