This is pretty interesting. I moved my family across the border to WI from IL 3 years ago, but am familiar with your market area. In my youth I graduated from Schaumburg, IL. I am really surprised to see this $150-249,000 price point. Is this for a 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home?

No that is for the MULTI Family section of the report, I did 2 for the area. Condo conversions now start at that price for a 1BR or a 2BR 1BA base or with minimal upgrades. I bet you would be surprised at all the new conversions in the area now actually within the last year!
