Lyn...I don't know how many times I tell my clients this.  One day I was out with one of them and he commented on teh disrepair of the property...I told him to take a second look at his own.  He called me later and said, "Now I understand what you were saying before"  Sometimes the rock has to fall just right.

Bill, the saying about 'take a look at your own back yard' comes to mind.  Sometimes people criticize first without even noticing how they live at home.
