Under $200,000 Weathersfield Commons - Quads just east of Springinsguth off Schaumburg Rd.
Sheffield Manor - Quads near Bode & Knollwood.
Lexington Green - Coach Homes just south of Schaumburg and Meacham.
Gatewood - Coach Homes just north of Schaumburg Rd. just west of Plum Grove.
Gatewood
gets a mention because there have never been that many sales
in here that I can remember!
Under $250,000 Briar Pointe – Townhomes near Fairlane and Irving Park Rds.
Red Rock – Townhomes just west of Schaumburg and Barrington Rds.

Under $300,000 Towne Place and Towne Place West – Townhomes and Coach Homes either side of Schaumburg and Barrington Rds.
Haverford - Townhomes near Schaumburg Rd and Martingale.
Sarah's Grove - Townhomes near the library at Schaumburg Rd and Towne Square
Under $350,000 Autumn Ridge – Townhomes near Schaumburg and Meacham Rds.

Cloisters - Townhomes near Wise and Mitchell Rds.
Under $400,000 Lions
Gate -
Townhomes south of Schaumburg and Meacham Rds.
Under $500,000 Arbor Glen - Townhomes near NW Tollway and Roselle Rds.
