Man Cave

The Ultimate Man Cave

Check out this unique newly listed home around $300,000. Truly a 'Man Cave' that is actually pretty nice! No comps for it though as the seller mentions!

Dear Lyn,

That property is amazing! You can tell the owner's passion about the place. I do hope he can save it!

Thanks for sharing.

Lyn, he is terrific!  Wonder what the square footage is, number of bedrooms, etc., and cost per square foot.  May truly be the value of the century, especially with the natural heating and cooling aspect.  Hope he is able to pull it off, keep his home, and live happily ever after.  Thank you for the post.

Lyn, a balloon note??!! Gag, plus unusual being a cave home. The energy bills he says are low so that is a big plus. Thanks for finding the video. Buy it on eBay. $300K asking, $160K purchase. He really should be ok, unless it is not worth anywhere near that.

Amazing how talented some people are.  This is a great video.  Hope he has good luck with it.

Gary:  Well maybe that was the only way to get his 'cave' going, now a few years later he's in trouble.

Barbara - Kay:  It really seems like a nice house.

Joe:  I hope someone gives the poor guy a refi on the place.

Renee:  Definately a different 'real estate' story.

Lyn...looks to be a real secure place also.  tough for a storm to penetrate!

Bill:  Yep, no noisy neighbors in that place.  No wind, rain, tornados either unless the whole mountain gets taken out.

Alan:  That's correct - see that's why I need you to comment, you think about all that great stuff!  Well they were definately hibernating last season huh?
